You don't want to do without a beautiful garden and a breakfast place all by yourself in the green? Then we warmly welcome you to Pierkoppel in Börgerende, your "temporary home" by the sea.

The light and inviting apartments (the upper floor apartment completed in October 2013, the ground-floor apartment since March 2017) are only 1500 metres from the beach and provide all the conveniences you could wish for on your holiday. The two self-contained apartments each have two bedrooms, a big living and dining room with an open kitchen, a big and light bathroom. They are suitable for acquainted families or two generations to spend a holiday together. The house is nestled into a very beautifully designed garden with breakfast terraces for each apartment and there are two parking spaces right in front of the house.

Wellness, relaxation and sports activities can be found in the in-house sauna area with relaxation loungers and fitness equipment.

The entire house is allergy-friendly, therefore a non-smoking house and not allowed for pets.

The sandy beach in Börgerende invites you to swim in summer and to go walking in winter. You can enjoy lovely views of the sea from the cycle path to Nienhagen. In the village there is a corner shop including bakery, about 800 m away towards the beach which is open from Monday to Sunday. A Netto shopping market with bakery is about 2,5 km away, direction Rethwisch.

The bright and friendly apartment on the top floor of the house has all the comforts you would want for your temporary home. The closed apartment with two bedrooms, large living / dining area with open kitchen, a large bright, bathroom with underfloor heating, heated towel rail, modern shower and large tub is also suitable for a shared apartment with up to four people.

The light and generous holiday apartment in a typical Nordic style is suitable for up to four people and its colours and patterns evoke the picturesque atmosphere of well-to-do seafarers’ houses in the harbour towns along the Baltic Sea coast. The living room is the focal point of the apartment, it is spacious and also inviting and light, owing to two large skylights. You can relax together here after an exciting holiday day. The open living room with a kitchen and big skylights, with a view into the garden, is an ideal place to enjoy your holiday breakfast if the weather precludes using the garden. The light sofa invites you to relax in the evenings in front of the big HD flatscreen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, extractor fan and dishwasher for cooking on holiday. The two generous bedrooms are furnished with spacious cupboards and comfortable double beds. Warm colours like in Tuscany welcome you in the first north-facing bedroom with a double bed, where you can leave everyday worries behind and enjoy your holiday. The second bedroom is spacious and light and welcomes its guests in the morning wit a Nordic and fresh holiday flair. The big luxury bathroom with under-floor heating, a towel radiator, a spacious modern shower and an extra large bath is a wellness oasis in itself.

    “Als wir das erste mal die Wohnung betreten haben, sind wir wirklich begeistert gewesen. Die Wohnung sah nämlich genauso aus wie in den Bildern und war für eine Ferienwohnung auch sehr sauber gehalten. Die Dusche und die Wanne gaben viel Platz und auf dem Sofa konnte man auch mal einen gemütlichen Fernsehabend machen. Außerdem ist das Ehepaar, welches die Wohnung vermietet, wirklich nett, sodass wir sie auch mal etwas über den Ort hatten fragen können. Hinter dem Haus war auch noch ein schöner großer Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit. Kurz gesagt war es also eine Top-Wohnung! Auch der Preis ist völlig gerechtfertigt. Von der Wohnung aus sind wir 15 - 20 min zum Strand gelaufen. Er befand sich also recht nah und es gab sogar einen schönen Sandstrand. Man konnte im Mai bereits dort schwimmen. Wir haben sogar nur eine einzige Qualle gesehen und auch nur wenig Algen, was nicht gerade selbstverständlich ist. Doch Schwimmen würde ich jedoch trotz allem nur denjenigen empfehlen, welche nicht allzu empfindlich bei Kälten sind.”

    “Sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und alles sehr gepflegt. Gut funktionierende WLAN - Verbindung. Ca. 1,6 km zum Strand, daher sind Fahrräder empfehlenswert. Garage zum Abstellen der Räder vorhanden. Angenehmer telefonischer Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.”
