The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 1950, was renovated in 2010 and is furnished in a typical country style. Also due to the view over woods from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the water the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire site.

Hroznětín, 500 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartment is suitable for families with children. Maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. Please accept bed linen and cots when booking. The house also has an apartment CSR EZG 098 for 6 people. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
