The flat consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and balcony, a kitchenette, a bedroom with two bunk beds, and a bathroom with bathtub and bidet. Surrounded by greenery, Casa Verde is conveniently located about 8 minutes' walk from the Sestriere coach park, making it
easily accessible even for those arriving by public transport. In terms of services, the first supermarket and the centre of the village, with shops and clubs, are about 10 minutes' walk away. This makes the house ideal for having everything you need at hand, without having to travel by car. In addition, the house has two private parking spaces and direct access from the garage.
