The vacation apartment is located separately on the upper floor of an outbuilding on the owner's 3000 square meter residential property in the village. Access via separate outside staircase. It is equipped with: Living room (upholstered furniture, TV, radio/CD), open kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, dining table, coffee machine and various kitchen appliances), sleeping loft via steep room-splitting staircase (4 beds), shower/WC, electric heating. At your disposal: Balcony with seating furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, bicycle room and parking lot. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy.
Lärz is a village south of the Müritz, between the small towns of Rechlin (Müritz) and Mirow. The Müritz-Havel Canal, a popular waterway that connects the Müritz with the waters of Berlin, runs through the municipal area. The bathing/fishing lake with sunbathing lawn, jetty and central platform is approx. 1 km away. Restaurant in the village. Very good conditions for cycling thanks to the well-developed network of cycle paths.
