Located on the outskirts of the village of Stifanici, this vacation villa is modernly furnished and luxuriously equipped. The furniture is comfortable and the house is very spacious and friendly. From the house there is a beautiful view of the countryside. On the large property is the pool, where you will spend many hours a day. Next to the pool is the barbecue, where you can prepare delicious delicacies from the grill in the evening and enjoy it with a glass of wine from Porec. Croatians love to grill cevapcici and various vegetables. Porec and the surrounding wine routes are very popular among tourists.

    “Wunderschönes Haus in Randlage in einem kleinem Ort. Hier wurde an alles gedacht und dabei ist alles auch noch sehr modern, liebe- und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist so gut eingerichtet, dass es eine Freude war selbst zu kochen. Der Garten ist eine Oase. Für Hundebesitzer perfekt, da das Grundstück von einer Mauer umgeben ist. Die Bilder lügen nicht!”

    “Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist echt wunderschön. Schade war, dass kein Staubsauger vorhanden ist, da es mit Hund dann echt schwierig ist, die Haare zu entfernen. Außerdem haben wir uns gewundert, dass der Raum, in dem die Waschmaschine und der Trockner untergebracht waren, verschlossen war, obwohl es geheißen hat, dass die beiden Geräte zur Verfügung stehen würden.”
