The living space of the house is divided into three bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. From the winter garden you have a beautiful view of the lake. Relax here with a good book or just enjoy the view with a cup of coffee in the morning.

Outside, the open terrace in the private garden invites you to enjoy relaxing barbecues with family or friends.

The house has an ideal location for excursions: visit the Borås zoos or discover the good shopping opportunities in Borås. You are also very close to Gothenburg and everything there is to discover. Nearby, the Swedish soccer team IF Elfsborg plays its home games. Also, don't forget the fishing equipment, in the lake 150 meters away, you can fish all year round.
