Fully furnished holiday apartment with a private balcony, within walking distance to the marina of Kalymnos

This spacious holiday apartment is located only approximately 800 m away from the central port of Kalymnos island. You have splendid views of Pothia, the port, St Savvas Monast and the surrounding mountains. It is an ideal accommodation for families, couples or a group of friends.

The private, 18 m long balcony is equipped with furniture and shade providing awning.
You have access to the 80 sq m terrace with splendid view, sitting area ,an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and stove where you can enjoy a drink under the stars in the night with the marvelous sight of the night view of the city and Saint Savvas monastery on the top of the mountain.
Guests have use of one free private parking space.

The apartment is on the first floor of the two-storey house. It has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six persons: One bedroom is furnished with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, the second bedroom has a 140 x 200 cm double bed and there is a sofa bed for two more persons in the living area. There is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. And there even is a washing machine. The bathroom offers a shower, wash basin and toilet.

Internet access is provided free of charge.

Quiet central neighbourhood, next to the main vivid seaside sq,only 50m, yachtmarine only 100m, lots of local & seafood or Italian restaurants, cafes, bars, bowling-internet café, public transport only 100m, walking distance to the beach.

Walking distance to the city centre. 10 min walking distance to the Kasonia beach. 15 min walking distance to the nice Gefyra beach and beach bar and to the wonderfull Therma beach too, which offers a ramp leading to the sea. 2 min walking distance to public transport: busses carrying you in about 20 min to the other side of the island with beautiful beaches too.
